Background As a husband, father, proud military veteran (United States Marine Corps), and avid golfer, I’ve called Lake Mary home since 1987, witnessing the remarkable growth of Central Florida. My background is diverse, from growing up in North Arlington, New Jersey, to living in Jacksonville, North Carolina; Atlanta, Georgia; Southern California; and Osaka, Japan. I’ve traveled extensively as an Information Technology Project Manager with The Home Depot and Siemens AG, developing strong skills in relationship-building and project management. Our house sold In 6 hours for more than we ever thought we would get. They helped us as a team to get the house of our dreams. Because we were selling a second home and lived several hours away, we really depended on Ruben to not just show the home, but also to be there for the home inspection and the appraisal process. They were always responsive and respectful/friendly in interactions, even though things often happened on weekends or evenings. For us, they had good contacts to do some of the 'other things' you need to do to buy/sell. We are pretty new to the area, and they have extensive local experience, so they helped guide us, while listening to our input. Their marketing plan was considered and well done, including getting incredible photos of our sold home, and generating high-quality sales brochures. The demand for the house was overwhelming. We would definitely use them again.

    When selling a house it can really be a stressful moment because all of the moving pieces. Ruben made sure from the time I met, all the way to the final walk-through inspection to stay in communication with emails, text, and phone calls. It made me comfortable as he asked the right questions I knew without a doubt he was looking out for the best interest of my family. Listed and Offer less then 3 days. Ruben keep doing what you are doing, as you only set the bar even higher in your field of work. Word of mouth is a powerful thing, many referrals to come in the future from me.
